but neither are we angels--
--we are dust and scars and dreaming"
That little fragment showed up on my flist a while back. At the time, I liked it and (as I often do with poems I like) saved it. I don't know who wrote it, or where it comes from. I have it saved on my PC just as "fragment".
But something about those three lines really made an impact with me... there's something beautiful about them.
If anyone knows anything about it, I'd love to know. If not, it'll stay as just a few lines of anonymous beauty.
