3x03 "The Inside Job":
1. Emily Peel and Jonathan Steed. Oh, Hardison, you great big fanboy, you...
2. Speaking of names... "Archie Leach" was Cary Grant's real name. I have no idea if they're trying to say something with that, but it's cool.
3. Parker's, um, apartment... makes me sad inside. Parker herself makes me happy inside, though, so it balances.
4. Holy crap, that doctor/VP woman was a right bitch. No redeeming qualities at all, which is unusual, usually the marks have *something*, some tiny quality, that makes them less than totally evil. Not her, though.
5. For some reason, that short little Nate-Parker exchange right at the end makes me happy. It kind of confirmed something for me...

3x04 "The Scheherazade Job"
1. Typical Nate. Other people go to prison and come out with a tattoo and knowing how to shank people. He comes out knowing HYPNOSIS?
2. Hoooooly shit, I think Hardison might have been a musical prodigy when he was 14. Maybe he still is. DUDE.
3. Whoa, random!currently-known-as-Catarina... did I mention that I'm realy, really leaning towards a bit of a Nate/'Catarina' hateship. It's like an OTP, but with hatesex, basically.
(What, I think they have chemistry. Dangerous, hateful, potentially explosive chemistry. Heh.)
4. This whole 'running one's own crew' thing. On this, I agree with Nate. Sort of. See, Hardison is brilliant. He's a genius at what he does, and he's pretty good with the thieving and the grifting too. But to run a crew (the way Nate does, at least), you have to be a bit of a bastard, to be able to make sure that your crew will do what they need to do, when they need to do it. Nate has a pronounced bastard-like streak (it's one of the things I love about him, weirdly). Hardison *doesn't*. He's brilliant, yes, but he's too... this is going to sound weird but he's too *nice*. He cares too much.
Oddly, one person I can see running her own crew at some point in the future is Parker. I was watching her planning stuff with Nate in the apartment... she's definitely branching out, you know.
(Best-case-scenario here would be, at some unspecified and hopefully distant point in the future, Parker *and* Hardison having a crew *together*. Hardison to do the tech genius stuff, and Parker to do the planning and the... well, the Nate stuff, basically.)
