Um. Just watched it.
'wibble' is about as much as I can come up with at the moment, reaction-wise.
The flashbacky things were the hardest, 'cause of not knowing the rest of what happened. (OK, we know SOME, but it's like we have a jigsaw puzzle with half the pieces missing) And I want to know, I do. I want to know where Echo is (and what she's imprinted with), and what happened to Paul, and Boyd, and Adelle, and I want to know why they de-atticed Laurence, and TOPHER.
I spent much of this episode wanting to hug Topher. A lot. Because whatever happened I think he blames himself ('cause he invented lots of the tech), but he didn't intend anyone to use it like that, and it made him a bit crazy. Hence the urge to hug. (And I liked that Adelle was the one looking after him)
The other weird thing is that I kinda shipped Boyd/Claire for a while, based on ONE SCENE. It was mostly just that in that one scene they were acting like a lot more than just *colleagues*. But IDK.
And here's something I like - Caroline said they had Alpha to thank for Safehaven. ALPHA. I'd quite like to know what that means, too.
(I want to know what happened to November, too.)
So, in conclusion, damn you, Joss Whedon, for giving me all these questions and only part of the answers.
Season 2 now, please?
