So... just because I felt like it, I grabbed a few lonely Glee prompts from [livejournal.com profile] comment_fic. Not sure why, I just had the urge to write Gleefic. Anyway, results are below.

Title: Daydreaming
Characters/Pairing: Finn/Kurt,onesided
Prompt:Unrequited from Kurt's POV - a daydream
Warnings/Spoilers: A bit of angst, mentions of Quinn being pregnant and Rachel/Jesse, but that's it.

Kurt's sitting in the music room before Glee, because he and Mercedes and Quinn were the first to get there. The girls are sitting together, talking about Quinn's pregnancy cravings and their homework assignments. Kurt half-listens while he leafs through a book of sheet music and wonders when the others are going to show up, and what Finn's doing, and comes to the bitter conclusion that Finn's probably still following Rachel around, trying to make her like him.

He scowls to himself just as the door swings open and Finn bursts in and heads straight to where Kurt is standing, next to the piano. Kurt looks up and says in a pleasantly neutral tone, “Yes?”

“Uh, Kurt, can I, um, talk to you for a moment...”

Kurt frowns for a moment. “What about?”

“Uh, it's kinda... private...” Finn says with a glance at the girls.

Curious, Kurt nods. “Sure. Why not,” he says as he walks out into the empty corridor. “What did you want to say?”

Finn looked at him for a moment. “Um. I was thinking... maybe you wanted to... go somewhere. Um. With me. If you want.”

Kurt raises an eyebrow. “Did my dad put you up to this?”

“What? No...”

Kurt sees the way Finn is acting, nervous and twitchy, and he keeps looking around to see if there are any other people nearby. Kurt puts two and two together. “Finn, is this your idea of asking me out?”

“Um. I guess...”

“Anything planned?”

“I was thinking a movie....”

“All right.” Kurt kept it out of his expression, but a small, secret part of his heart burst into song when Finn grinned at his response.

Just then, he heard Mr Schuester greeting everyone, and was jolted out of his daydream. He sat down and looked over at Finn. Finn who was following every movement Rachel made, even though she was sitting with Jesse and not even paying any attention to Finn.

Kurt sighed, and went back to the daydream world where Finn acted like he knew he existed.

Title: Movie Night
Characters/Pairing: Puck/Kurt
Prompt:Puck agrees to watch Hairspray if Kurt will watch Fight Club
Warnings/Spoilers: None.

Puck looks at the handful of DVDs in Kurt's hand, and says quite simply, “No way. Those are chick movies.”

“I thought you wanted to get more familiar with showtunes,” Kurt said, repeating the reason he'd given his mom for staying over at Kurt's.

“I dunno, I guess I do...”

“Well, in that case, you're going to have to watch some... chick movies.”

“How about we make a deal?”

“Like?”

“Uh...” Puck grabbed the top DVD and read the title, “..I'll watch... Hairspray, and you watch the movie I brought.”

“What movie did you bring?” Kurt said with a resigned sigh, expecting some cop movie or martial arts movie.

Fight Club. We got a deal?”

Kurt smiled. “Deal.”

Title: The Rules
Characters/Pairing: Brittany/Santana
Prompt: breaking the rules without a boy
Warnings/Spoilers: None

Sitting on the couch and bored with the movie they were watching, Brittany reached out and took Santana's hand in hers.

Santana didn't really notice, they held hands all the time, it was nothing unusual.

Brittany tugged gently on her arm, like a little girl. “S, do you want to make out? I'm bored.”

“What?” Santana looked at her contemptuously. “Why would I want to do that?”

“You did yesterday.”

Santana exhaled slowly. “Britt, that was different. Joe was here, remember?”

“What's that got to do with anything?”

“Don't you remember the rules? We only make out when there's a boy here. You don't want to break the rules, do you?”

Brittany frowned in confusion. “I guess not. Why is that a rule?”

“It just is!” Santana snatched her hand away and got up, storming out of the room. Brittany was left alone, wondering what she'd done wrong.

ANYWAY.

What with the fact that Ashes to Ashes is over, and Lost finishes next week, and Flashforward just got cancelled... I'm sort of running out of TV shows that make me go WAAAAIT, WHAT JUST HAPPENED???

Therefore, because I seem to need one or two shows like that for some reason, I've started catching up on Fringe. (I stopped watching after 2x02 for a while... not really sure why at this point but I guess something else caught my attention.)

I just watched three episodes in a row, and I've realised that I might be giving myself some serious Nightmare Fuel by marathoning this. Oh well. It's worth it. Even if I don't sleep too well tonight....

Also, I find myself having highly, highly inappropriate thoughts about Walter Bishop. And I don't know how to stop. DAMMIT.
