Well. It's been snowing here for most of the week. It's cold. There's not a whole lot to do other than catch up on TV (and YAY, stuff is actually back post-Xmas).

Thus, today's efforts:

#1. Dollhouse 2x11.

OK, I'm still processing this one. I'm kind of in shock over the fact that Bennet and Topher finally got to make out, then Claire showed up, told Bennet that Topher was in love, and then shot her in the head. Oh, and the answer to "where's Claire been all this time?" is... IN BOYD'S APARTMENT.

(SO, yay, my Bennet/Topher and Claire/Boyd ships both get to be real... just one of them lasted five minutes and the other's not looking too good either. All we need know is to get Laurence out of the Attic again so he can hook up with Adelle and we're sorted.)

I'm not even going near the last scene yet. The other 40 minutes were stressful enough.

Oh, and I've come to the conclusion that Topher Brink is pretty much my favourite Whedonverse character ever, and to do that he had to beat Mal, River, Kaylee, Wesley, Fred, Willow, Xander, Spike and Faith. Which is an acheivement.

#2. Scrubs.

Now, when I heard that after Proper Scrubs finished there was going to be a continuation involving med school, I was sceptical.

Then I found the episodes of Med School Scrubs online.

It's actually OK. Not everyone from Proper Scrubs was there (er, one scene of Pregnant!Elliot and one flashback of the Janitor IS NOT ENOUGH, producers), but tbh, as long as I get my RDA of Dr/Professor Cox I can put up with a lot.

Also there are NEW PEOPLE. Lucy seems interesting. Kind of a mix of Elliot and girl!JD, which makes me think she's their kid timetravelling from the future. Oh, wait, that's the Terminator movies. Whoops. Onwards... Cole is a twat. And a hugely annoying twat who looks like a much less hot version of Nate from Gossip Girl.

(Slightly Related: June this year, Chace Crawford is starring in a remake of Footloose. I, for one, am excited. Ahem.)

Drew... hmm. So far he definitely *interests* me, and he's hot, which helps.

Randoms: get back to me when they've done something, k?

#3. Leverage

....is back in less than a week. Just knowing that is making me go *squee* a lot. This hiatus has been so long I've been trawling stores for DVDs of stuff with Timothy Hutton in. Thus I now own 'Kidnapped' (with bonus Jeremy Sisto) and 'Secret Window' (bonus Johnny Depp). Tried for 'Ordinary People', can't find a copy anywhere, dammit.

#4. Prison Break

Still working through S2.

Still crushing on Lincoln in a big way.

Still strangely attracted to T-Bag.

Now VERY interested in watching Michael emerge as the manipulative, magnificent bastard that I know, deep down, he is.

#5. Heroes

Still have 4x14 to watch (no spoilers, please). Still loving Samuel and Emma. Still surprised at how Claire's become magically not-annoying recently.

Still groaning at the current "plot" that the writers have given Hiro. (BTW, I already know what 'mission' he thinks he's on. It's not that exciting - just getting Mohinder out of that Florida loony bin where Hiro himself stashed him to keep him safe for 8 weeks before Christmas. *le sigh*)

#6. Silent Witness

...is back again. Also, reached the conclusion that Tom Ward is pretty much what you'd get if you crossed Richard Armitage with Matt Smith. Think about it, it works.

#7. Doctor Who

Can Season 5 start now? I want S5! Now!

#8. Gossip Girl

I'm up to 3x4. Chuck is even more fantastic than usual. Serena needs a slap upside the head. Blair needs.... IDK, a very large martini and some new minions? Oh, wait, she's got the minions already. Olivia seems OK so far. Dan is still virtually perfect. Jenny is still fabulous. Nate... isn't doing that much right now, and what exactly is Georgina planning that involves Scott? *suspicious*
